Well I found out some important info with some friends.

Commands-Black hawks have exclusive commands which allow them to whisper, make mods, make admins, make owners, demote, change their ids, change a room and more!

Leaders-Mime and Lukey are their leader, they have access to all these commands. They are very powerful

Black Hawks Base-Their base is kind of like the New Club Penguin EPF room, except with blackhawks sign.
