hey guys i haven't officially logged onto oldcp and forums for almost over a year. let's just say a lot has happened since then. i wanna maybe talk abt a few things that have happened to me in a year.
i am starting my junior year of high school. i'm really excited and i know i'm younger than most of u guys but soon enough i'll catch up and be in college like many of you
i also got covid like 2 months ago and it was really bad. i got the vaccine but i think i might have had delta because i had really bad tightness in my chest at times. my dad was really sick; we had to pay a visit to the hospital because we had it really bad but otherwise we are okay now. after all the covid stuff, i got a new job working for a boardwalk restaurant. it's been really stressful but the pay is definitely worth it.
it's been a whole year and i've thought a lot about you guys in the past couple of weeks. i went to costa rica a couple of weeks ago and it felt really lonely since it was just me and my dad so my mind wandered to the dsghq. i joined when i was just a naive 8 year old and now i'm almost 17. how crazy is that? through all the ups and downs, this community has been a safe
haven for me especially when i was going through some tough stuff. i am just visiting for now and maybe i'll pop on forums every once in a while. this community rocks and i'll see u all later
