Winter 2021 appraisal for all DSGHQ mods!

Each mod will have an admin assigned to them to do their appraisal

Admins will look at staff's:
- Activity (time clocked in)
- How they are on the game when users are on
- How effectively they do their role!

For Forum Staff Review the admin will
- Look at your recent posts.
- See how regularly you log in etc.
- Look at the mod log to see what actions you've taken.
- Maybe ask others about what they think about your moderating.

All Reviews Need To Be Done By...
Saturday 25th December 2021
Send the mod your appraisal via forums and/or Discord

Demotions

If an admin thinks you need to be demoted, they will discuss it with me and you will be notified of the outcome

Ah, tis’ my favorite time of the season.

Yes! I was hoping for a Mod Appraisal soon since I recently got promoted, and I was also hoping to get you for forums so I'm basically winning already, lol. Major hasn't seen me online on OldCP but SG has and so have Pic and Tasha so I'm not worried about the OldCP one, lol. Good luck to everyone! Let's hope no one gets demoted.
