Door - able to enter to other side by pressing E, can set to private, code, or public. Costs 20 gold
Display Case - can display an item inside of it, shows its 3d model, things like licenses or keys dont work, can make pass protected or private. Costs 40 gold
Smooth Ice Wall - Ice wall without ridges on top. Costs 40 gold
Sign - can display text in an igloo, members only (with filter). Costs 25 gold
Window - self explanatory. Costs 25 gold
Gate - able to open by pressing E, can set to private, code, or public. Costs 50 gold
DJ Speakers - plays a selection of approved audios accessed through DJ console furn item or something. Costs 250 Gold, for console 100
Mini Safe - about size of dog kennel and can store up to 1k gold, can make password protected or private. Costs 500 gold
Pool - like 4x bigger than royal spa and in the shape of a rectangle, costs 800 gold.
Flag - Can choose from a selection of images, including nation flags and custom DSGHQ ones like WCI. Costs 15 gold

Wood Type Variations - not specifically an item but when you press to purchase an item, if it's a type of wood, you can choose whether to make it like birch wood, spruce wood, or the normal wood texture

House Flag - replaces all the current house flags with a single item, which when selected to purchase, pops up a menu of the different houses to make a flag out of. Costs 5 gold
