Active gym goers

What type of workouts did you do at the gym in your first month?

What physique were you in your first month? How much has changed and over how long of a time period?

some interesting questions i'd like to learn about before i begin gym in the summer

i was really skinny, still pretty skinny but gained a decent amount of weight and became a lot more toned
I been working out on and off since I was 16 but like 3 months into last time I worked out I saw that progress

wat u eat matters much more than how hard u workout

Agreed. If you want to get bigger eat more protein. Remember the fat you eat is the fat you’ll wear- keep it low fat if you want to be defined.

Despite what you’ll be told, carbs are important for bulking because it provides the energy your muscles need to handle larger workloads in the gym and especially for recovery.

Less carbs = less reps = less calories burnt = less gains

Don’t take steroids if you want to live to your full lifespan

If you want to put on weight and also want to provide yourself with energy,

Lost of protein and carbs are the way to go.

Followed my consuming a surplus amount of calories. But that doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want just cause of the high amount of calories

You need to keep in mind what components of food is being added to your system.

Protein is key to muscle growth and repair.

Remember, every body works different. Key factors of muscle growth is all down to your genomes, height, and your current weight.
