This is a tough one to choose, but for me, it's going to have to be Noragami Aragato opening. Regardless of your opinions on the anime itself, this opening GOES HARD.

To be honest, I'm not sure as I have not watched it, but I don't think it counts as an anime. Doing a quick Google search, it's largely an American based animation with some anime influences, but overall the art style is too different to be considered anime.
