Here are some thoughts about what would have happened in alternate timelines. Some things are fate and will occur across timelines. I may write more or expand on these if people are interested.
Where Miro did not become a Goblin
Where Loki was not kidnapped
Where Loki surrendered to Ancalagon
Where Little was not left on Arda
Where Pythas had not married Melody
Where Arien had not been Corrupted
Where Greg had not been brought to Goblin Town
Where Tasha had not been thrown out a Window
Where Miro did not become a Goblin

In an alternate timeline, Miro did not become a goblin. In this timeline, Miro would have served the wise council for much longer than he did but he eventually would have fallen into evil. Over time, he would have been tempted with power and knowledge. He would have become an evil scientist, doing experiments similar to Azeb but with a lower success rate.
Where Loki was not kidnapped

In a timeline where Loki was not kidnapped and taken to the Nursery of Doom, she would have been raised evil by her mother and father. She would have had arguments with her mother and eventually would have ran off to elope with Amir as MotherVulture did not care for the nazgul and found his only redeeming quality to be that he is a sort of king.
Where Loki surrendered to Ancalagon

If Loki had surrendered to Ancalagon, MotherVulture would not have died in the Gorgoroth Dungeons. She would have instead been disappointed in her daughter and would have been vanquished trying to defend Himring in a final battle against Ancalagon. The vultures would have had no respect for Loki and one of her siblings would have become their Queen (or King).
Where Little was not left on Arda

If Little's parents had never sent her away to Arda, the family would have been pursued across galaxies by various dark people seeking to wed the girl for power over the stars. There would have been many galactic battles. During one of these battles, Eonwe would have fallen. Grief stricken, Little would flee to Arda where she could try to blend in with the masses of people. This plan would work for awhile until she was found by Pythas. But due to all the evil Little had already experienced, she would have rejected him and become one of his fiercest opponents.
Where Pythas had not married Melody

In the timeline where Pythas did not marry Melody, he would have followed through with his promise to Maria and had scratched Melody's face, scaring her. Melody, who was extremely proud of her looks, would have fallen into darkness when she discovered that she would never be as beautiful as she once was. She would come to resent Maria for still being beautiful. Melody would ally herself with the vultures and on the day of Pythas' and Maria's wedding, she would reveal her vulture army and attack the newly weds and all the wedding attendants. Pythas, being allied with the forest (as only Maria knew that he had been the one to hurt Melody), would fight off Melody and the vultures. Melody would later be persuaded by Melkor to kill Maria. Pythas would be sent into a rage and would rejoin Melkor. In this timeline, Melody only focuses on the vultures and does not become an Ice Queen.
Where Arien had not been Corrupted

In the timeline where Arien had never been corrupted by Melkor, she would have married Tilion instead. Flame, Rouge, and all of the evil fire beings would never have been born/created. There would have been much more peace in the world. Arien and Tilion would have had one child together, a daughter named Ithanor. She would have a gentle glow about her and be beautiful to look upon like the moon.
Where Greg had not been brought to Goblin Town

If Greg had never been brought to Goblin Town, he would have become a sea cowboy. He would become so fearsome that even Cthulhu would cringe before him. No one would ever dare step foot into the sea. Eventually Ulmo would return and battle with Greg. It would be the battle of the century! After many days of fighting, Greg would surrender and repent. Ulmo would then make Greg a guardian of the sea.
Where Tasha had not been thrown out a Window

In a timeline where Tasha was not thrown out of a window by Orlock, Orlock would have little to do with Tasha and she would grow to resent him. She would spend most of her time with her mother, who would spoil her. She would look and act like a Princess, and never know that she was part vulture. She would marry a Prince from a far off land and they would rule there for a time. Eventually, Tasha would convince her husband to try to take the South. There, her and her husband would be defeated. She would then return to Dorval and murder Orlock and take over his land. She would have a long reign as Queen of Dorval. The people would be afraid of her as they thought her to be insane.

What if my dad actually got the milk
Own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.
