How to fix a stiff neck, The Alpha way.

In no way am i putting a soggy wet towel around me neck and wait to fix my neck, BRUV, do you know who I am, where I come from.

I decided to do it the painful way. I'm not even kidding, this felt like I was fighting GOD.

Okay, Picture THIS, me alone in my room, BUTT NAKED. wait no, WITH TROUSERS AND PANTS ON, and im standing there, with my abs ABSOLOTLY RAGING! I am preparing for a battle with the devil.

So It begins....

I tilt my head to the left, where its the most stiff and It HURTS! , I i then place my right hand on my head and push, then pushing right with my head, with then putts pressure on where the neck is stiff, and kind of spreads the build up.

Then I tilt my head further, and do the same thing for 5 seconds each time. After that, I did it the opposite way.

I felt the walls rock, the ground shake. The windows crack. The pigeons doing a gun exchange.

I was close to tears, but none were shed.

i kept doing this in all ways possible, until my Neck was no longer stiff. and it sort of worked, still a bit stiff, but it was the best I could do.

I suggested it because it’s the only way I am ever able to relieve my neck or muscles when they’re stiff or spasming.

I’m glad you did at least solve the stiff neck!

this works even better if you put your opposite hand behind your back, and you are standing

congrats...! ill definitely try this out when i have a stiff neck. hopefully i can be strong like you and not shed any tears!
