Hi everyone, Archie speaking!
I don't know if you know, but yesterday I was promoted to moderator on the forum right here! I'm posting this to explain my first 24 hours.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone in the forum staff that gave me a lovely warm welcome. I really appreciated this as it got me more comfortable to do my job. Dsc posted the moderator rules to me. Thanks, that really helped!

But I mustn't forget the community! The community has been ever so kind to me! I've had about 8 pieces of mail congratulating me! There have also been some very nice posts giving praise too Thanks everyone, it makes me happy to be able to moderate you, and I'm so glad that there's lots of lovely players on here too!

After what I have recieved from you guys, I'm now confident as moderator, and know what too do. I'm happy my first day has been like this, thanks for all the support.

If you need any help with Moderator you can just mail me because I know every little thing to Moderator kind of because I was one but I don't want to live in the past as me being demoted but if you have a question about some of the powers like "How do I give a warning?" or anything else you want to know about Moderator just mail me!

I guess activity is the key to that. If you stay active more, your amount of posts and rep will shoot up!
