Well, I just saw something. I was not sure If it was supposed to be like this, or not. The reputation box thing was not under her profile, and she was a new user. I forgot her name, and when I took this, she only had 2 likes, and 1 post. Here is the picture:

I think it's only Good and up. Correct if wrong,but that's what I think,if not,ask SecretR.

Wrong, he's the forth user.

Also, I found out that it happens to all new users, that I think are neutrals. So, not exactly new, but I think once you become a good, that's when It shows it. (rep rank)
