Hey there! I have been caught up brainstorming an idea of a story. It is a wonderful chance to take, but you need the right thought bubble to do. It has to be unique, not copying anyone else's, and to catch the readers, use excitement, action, and adventure in your descriptive story. Mine you ask? "The Fish and the Penguin". It will be a classic penguin story about a penguin fisherman, just like me. When I am finished with the book, I will make an actual visual book of it in a matter of 2 weeks after the end of the book. It will be just like one your read in real life, with pages with page numbers, Chapters with titles, and dedications! Here comes the first chapter!
Prologue
Here lies the story, of a penguin in general. Going fishing every morning at dawn til' late afternoon, this particular fisher-penguin worked hard to earn a living. You think this is going to be a snooze-level story, with no adventure whatsoever? Ha! You haven't even begun the secrets that lie in your very hands.
Chapter 1: Caught Up
With a rod in his flippers, and some worms in his can, he set of toward Lake Chelsey, like he usually does. He lived on his own, a penguin only 8 years old, who never had a mother or father. Or did he?
When he was only an egg, his father gave him warm hugs, politely smiling at others, while his mother had been gathering fish. That night, an angel hatched, but there was something odd about him. Being sky-blue, this baby penguin was like no others. Although he was abnormal, his parents loved him just the same. He loved his life, and nothing could stop a joyful, blue penguin like him.
At the age of one, his mother and father had been at the tribal's camp that morning. The Blackhawks had been glaring at them with beating eyes, laser red as you would call it. "We are discouraged Manny and Isabel." Manny, our little penguin's father replied, "Why so General? We have done nothing wrong." "Oh? We have not seen you at the camp lately. Why is that?" The General spoke angrily. "W-we err, We-um..." "Silence!" The general screeched. "Off with you, or face the wrath of my staff!" Manny and Isabel started to run, but did not make it that far.
The General and his team searched at the camp, mindlessly trying to find anything that could have been useful from Manny and Isabel.
Poor CPManiac, all alone the baby of Manny and Isabel, roaming away from the camp, the reason the General could not find him. After tripping over the odd-colored penguin, a wise one about Manny and Isabel's age stared down. His name was Snev, you will find out later he is a guard. Snev took him home to him and his wife, his kids a few years older than CPManiac, and they lived good then.
"CPManiac, Rose, Peter, Bailey? We have something to tell you." Snev had spoken. What was wrong? What could ruin his perfect day?
