I have noticed several times that when some random guest comes along on the chat, they say "hi" or "Hello", but no one ever responds to that person. To that individual, they might feel left out of the conversations we discuss on the chat. If you would please explain to them what is going on once in a while, they won't feel like some stranger that everyone is trying to avoid. Just because they are a guest doesn't mean you should exclude them from all the fun we have on the chat. Introduce your self, say hi, tell them what is going on so they don't feel betrayed. That is something that I will start to do myself. I'm HipHop, please comment.

Yours just says to respect members and guests like mods and owners. Mine gives reasons to make a guest feel included.
