Damen gave you permission. Please don't use the same logo as Damen's and when you make it put Copyright Damen Spike 2013-2014

I think you should take the permission from RocketSnail first, since RocketSnail website is still working and I found a new version of snails chat on RocketSnail's website.

Re-creating, or making a game takes a lot of time, and money. Don't give up though because of that. If you want to make a game go ahead, but I would get permission if you are trying to re-create someone else's game. Good luck! :) +1

Does it really matter about permission? Damen didn't get Disney's permission to remake the old Club Penguin.

Rsnail/RocketSnail's name
Rsnail's name is Lance Priebe and he gave up Clubpenguin a couple years ago so there but he rarely visit's any CPPS or CP so if he visit's and you see him be sure to try to make him your friend okay
