I had a sudden weird thought for OldCP. What if for the execution of a user, we give them a choice. They could either be executed and never come back on OldCP or they can be banished to stand as an Imperial Guard for eternity. They could never leave /thrones and they can't speak unless it's a reply to a mod/admins order. It was just a random thought that would be cool to happen.
