Turns out it is not really a rule for disliking under 80 reputation, it restricts you from disliking a post if you have 79 And Under Reputation... Wow...

We need more mods on Penguin Chat and xat.com/Damen. It is a big mess with the cussing, spamming, and breaking of the rules. Plz Damen, add more mods, we need to protect the island.
