Coding a forum from scratch. I have had made many progress now. It's localhosted so no one can access it but myself. I've decided to code it all out in localhost mode and then upload it to a VPS provider and then hopefully my forum will be on the web by New Year's.

I have a question regarding the new backup rule. Are we still allowed to go on our backups whenever we'd like when our main accounts are not banned/suspended, as long as we don't cheat with them for solely to upgrade out main account?
