Update: Knee’s gotten what I’d call 20% better, it begins to hurt if I move my leg in a specific way - one which I do naturally and have been doing pain-free so it’s kinda hard to identify and stop myself from doing it!
Gonna go to the Doc’s.

Guys I suddenly felt a really bad pain like right below my left kneecap like the two bits either side the bridge-like bit at the end of the kneecap. Especially when I put pressure, I’m actually hella scared that if I put more stress on it I’d tear a ligament or something... Doctors of the DSGHQ, give me your best shot at what’s going on!!

1:30am and have re-occurring thoughts of the 10hrs worth of work due on my first day back to school (Tuesday) that I could’ve sensibly split up over the course of this 2 week holiday which is about to end but plan to do over the course of the Easter weekend but knows I’ll do one task and say I’ve tired myself out and should relax for the rest of the day, therefore not splitting the 10hrs of work into good pieces.
