The cold is coming back so if you're sick I have something that I find as a baker sweet and yummy and helpful. My recipe is: Honey Water 
Helps a lot. So put a lot of water into a boiling can. Boil it. Pour it into a cup. Take honey and fill the entire bottom of the cup until the floor of the cup is nothing but a light brown color. Then, STIR IT UP! Drink it while it's still hot. It's sweet and yummy. And my job as a baker, is to make everything sweet and healthy
