[NEW] Rank Suggestion

Hello, today I am suggesting a new rank.
It would be like a Moderator, but they wouldn't have a title or be able to walk on walls. They would have a sword, like a knight, but be able to ban, kick, whisper, warn, etc.

I am so sorry for not attending my own Gold Comp! I was at a soccer game at the time of the Gold Comp. I have changed the time of it to 5:00 p.m. EST, today!
