Hello everyone, I haven't posted a recipe in so long, but I have a lot of great ideas that I have been baking so I will be posting those ASAP! But u hope you enjoy this tricky recipie for... Toblerone Cupcakes! Let's jump into it
Ingredients For Cupcakes:
~ 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
~ 1 teaspoon baking powder
~ 1/2 teaspoon salt
~ 1/2 cup sour cream (you don't taste it chill)
~ 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
~ 2 large, at room temperature
~ 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
~ 1 cup granulated sugar
~ 2 teaspoons almond extract
~ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients For Frosting:
~ 1 stick unsalted butter, soft
~ 3 cups confectioners sugar
~ 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
~ 3 tablespoons sour cream (again you don't taste it)
~ 3 tablespoons Half and Half
~ 1/2 teaspoon salt
~ 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
~ 1 Toblerone candy bar, chopped
~ 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped

How To Bake:
~ Oven to 350 degrees
~ Line a muffin tin with paper liners
~ In a medium-sized bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt; mix
~ In a large measuring cup or bowl combine sour cream, almond milk, and eggs; mix
~ In a large bowl beat melted butter and sugar on medium speed until well combined
~ Add and beat in almond and vanilla extracts.
~ Add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar combination
~ Add in sour cream/milk/egg combo and beat on low until *just combined. Just until mixed
~ Pour the batter into the muffin tins
~ Bake for 16-18 minutes (Toothpick comes out clean)
~ Allow cupcakes to cool completely
How To Frost:
~ Mix together the confectioners sugar and cocoa powder
~ Beat the butter until creamy
~ Slowly add the sifted sugar/cocoa powder, alternating with the sour cream
~ Add the salt and almond extract.
~ When all combines beat for at least 1 minuet on high (or beat hardcore)
~ Frost cooled cupcakes
~ Top with chopped toblerone candy and almonds
