I will not be giving away my secret tips for myself but I will give away enough to help.

1. To start off you want to create a channel that has a good name, do not make a run on name, for example: The Mission Impossible Force of Squid Manipulators. No do not do that. Make it short and sweet, like for example: The Cloud Clan or something like that.

2. Make sure the channel is well organized with many pictures that show all of what your describing. The picture has to go along the lines of what your doing so if you doing a cloud clan and put a picture of a puppy. No.

3. Send mail to users but be polite when you talk to them and ask if they would like to partake in your team and if they do then add them to the channel. Make sure you give your members lots of attention so they stay on the team.

4. Update the channel a lot so users know whats going on.
