I agree. People should dislike posts for a good reason.
Example of a bad post:
(In this example, "cake" is a bad word)

Hello!
Today, at school, I thought of making posts every Friday featuring songs chosen by me.
I thought it would be a cool idea, so, here we are right now, reading this post, and about to listen to a song.
Let's start!
Song of The Week - Chosen By BlueLights!
The song for this week is...
F-777 - Alone
Along with every Song of the Week, you can reply suggestions to which another song of the week can be. If I approve many votes for that certain song that is APPROPRIATE for a song of the week, (of course I listen to it and check the lyrics) it could be featured for Song of the Week!

Also, the "Report" button should be to send evidence with bad language in private with a Moderator, because, of course, it's proof that the user was breaking the rules. This should most likely be used for that addition, because, as the rules state, you can't post proof with foul language, even in reports.
But, what about PMs? You can PM a Moderator or Administrator with the PMing system. I think 2 reporting things are enough, but it would be a great idea.
