My Attempt To Draw My Penguin

Hello there!
Today, I attempted to draw my penguin!
Do you like it?
If you want one, please do the following steps below!
1. Tell me the details. E.G. Hair, Hair Color, Hair Accessory, Glasses, Glasses Color(s), Hoodie or Shirt, Hoodie or Shirt Color(s), Hand Accessory and Color(s), Penguin Color.
2. Tell me the background. E.G. Rainbow, No Background, Color, etc.
NOTE: I can not do URL backgrounds. I do not know if it is possible, because I use MS Paint. If you would like, you can give me the background URL and I could attempt to draw in the background.
3. Tell me your namecolor.
4. Tell me your title, and the color you would like it to be. E.G. "Call meh BluesClues!"
ANOTHER NOTE: If you leave the titlecolor blank, you get your titlecolor the same as your namecolor.
5. Members and up: PM me all of these details.
Rookies and below: Reply.
Members may reply if they don't feel like PMing me.
BONUS: They are completely FREE!

I believe you have a talent for drawing. On your last "How to Draw Penguins" I improved on the eyes a little.

Hello!
Many of you liked my other "Sad Story"! I am creating another one to let you know, I am still making them, but only when I'm bored. I'm not bored that often, though. So that's why.

I Love You By BlueLights
My name is Belle. My family hates me. I have 2 siblings, an older brother, and an older sister. I have a mom and a dad, too. My older brother and sister are very rude to me. My older brother beats me up, and my older sister plays rude pranks on me. My older brother is named Zane. My older sister is named Kate. My parents treat them like kings and queens, while they treat me like I was a mistake.
Whenever the rest of my family goes on vacation, or somewhere fun, they always leave me with a babysitter named Alyssa. She is also rude to me. She barely killed me one time.
Today, 2:46 PM
My sister was playing pranks, AGAIN. She made me trip over a few hundred marbles rolling down the stairs while I was going upstairs to my room. My brother was standing there, laughing. I knew if I told my parents, they wouldn't care. So, why did I even bother thinking of that?
Later, 5:18 PM, Dinner Time
My family was having tacos, while I had to eat a small spoonful of tuna casserole. My mom didn't even bother to pay any attention to me, instead, they just sat there, talking about going to an amusement park in the summer, and leaving me behind, as usual.
Bed Time, 9:56 PM
My mom screamed "Belle! Get to bed! Now!" I got off of the couch and dragged myself to bed. I got in bed, looking out at the night sky, wishing my family would care. I love them, but they don't seem to have the same feelings for me.
The Next Day
I finally had enough of it. My brother tripped me down the steps, and I can't feel my arms right now.
Belle left a note, before something happened.
Dear Mom, Dad, Kate, and Zane,
I feel very sad because you guys are treating me like I did something wrong. What did I do? I love you all, and I am hoping you have the same feelings for me. Do you guys love me? Even if you don't, I will always love you. No matter what.
You might not see me for a while. I might come back some day, but only if you say the words, I will come back to you.
I've only got 3 words to say...
I love you.

After she wrote the letter, she went out to the kitchen, open the knife drawer, and grabbed a knife while her dad was making smoothies for Kate and Zane. Without notice, he pushed Belle over, the knife was up in her hand. When she fell, the knife was through her heart.
Belle was dead...
Her dad then took notice and spread the news to the family. Then, they all felt bad for what they did. Then, they saw the note on the coffee table. They all then said the words...
"I love you..."
In rememberance of Belle, the family never goes on vacation or amusement parks. They never have tacos or casserole. They always will go to bed at 9:45, just like Belle did.
They bought Belle a beautiful tombstone. They all had a funeral for Belle, and when it happened, they all put flowers on the grave, and said...

Of course, this is your state of opinion.
In some others' state of opinion, they might like pookies. Maybe your friend likes pookies and decides to become one and roleplay? Are you going to hate them because their state of opinion on pookies is different? You shouldn't. All they are is yellow penguins dressed cutely to try to get someone to "adopt" them.
Pookies can not be that bad sometimes. There are two different kinds of pookies.
M.E.L.D - Mean Evil Lying Diva Pookies.
Nice Pookies - Pookies who want to be nice and treat others the way they would like to be treated.
Everyone would want a nice pookie. All pookies are not M.E.L.DS.

I think it should be necessary for people to share their opinion on Club Penguin. Some say it sucks, some say it does not. I know you think it's rude for people to keep saying rude things about it, but everyone has a different opinion. Maybe someone likes the Disney CP and likes OldCP too? Maybe someone dislikes NewCP and likes OldCP? People have the freedom of speech to say how they feel, but I do agree with you on your opinion about this. People should stop "bullying" Disney and their CP.

Hm...I think both.
Why?
Well, all of the current Moderators we have are doing fine without having a big number of Moderators that we used to have. I am not saying that the Moderators who have got demoted or the ones who have resigned were bad, they were awesome Moderators too, just like the current ones. But, I think if we get more Moderators, we would be safer. Besides, if we get more Moderators from different time zones, some of them can stay up late at night (if it's night time in your time, but day time in the Moderator's time zone, or if he/she can stay up late).
That is my reason!
