I do agree. I've heard that older Rookie users have been sending rude and inappropriate mail to other users. That's why Damen disabled it for Rookies, but I think only the users who have been sending the mean and inappropriate mail's mail should be disabled.

It wasn't the other Rookies' fault.

People, he is new. I looked at his profile and it said he joined on January 17th. Today is his 8th day. One week and one day old. That seems new.
He SHOULD know not to spam, but maybe, he hasn't read the rules, or he doesn't know what "Spam" means.

MegaSharkMS, if you don't know what "Spam" means, then, "Spam" means to keep making posts, or double posting.

Example for Spam (Let's just say someone named Jellybean was posting this)

Jellybean: Hi, I'm Jellybean! I'm new here!
Jellybean: Please don't dislike!
Jellybean: You dislikers are so rude!

As you can see, the fake user Jellybean keeps posting pointless things all of the time. That is Spam.

Another type of Spam is Double-Posting.

Example for Double-Posting (Let's just say another fake user, ChocolateCake (Yum ) was posting these:)

ChocolateCake: Hello, my name is ChocolateCake!
ChocolateCake: Hello, my name is ChocolateCake!

That is Double-Posting!
