You two randomly begin debating about hotallicious hero Jessica Jones and they inform you that they dislike her. This confirms that this celebrity, is in fact a (possibly dangerous) psychopath. Police and mental hospitals don't exist.

Sriram has done bad things in the past, and the administrators gave him so many chances, this is not a second chance, this is like his 4th chance.
Back on OldCP, I remember he swore at me, he broke tons of rules, incluiding being inappropiate, disrespect, bullying, he also abused his powers when he got a gun.
People should slowly rank up, step by step and then after months they would reach their objective.

No, Kara, you're absolutely correct. I myself never thought I was that inactive as I did come online everyday, but I was usually online later at the night when there was rarely a moderator online (besides CoffeeCow). So I can see why it became quite suspicious to the administrators. Had I known of this, I would of probably spoke with an administrator. But being the stubborn person I am I myself thought I could take on all responsibilities, but after noticing that I can't -- it is obvious I'm not some alien hybrid that can multitask, haha. Honestly I loved moderating and working with people like you Kara, you make my life on here that more amusing. Perhaps when all it settled in my life I too can begin a proper path. Thanks for your words!

Sadie, omg. I am shocked that you were demoted. Staff, read her words. She's handling this situation better than most adults out there in the actual world. She really is the Gandhi of the internet. So guys, she deserves a constant round of applause, and frankly, another chance. She did not know, and that is completely understandable. Staff, you're going to be missing out on something great. And that 'great' is called Sadie.

However, I personally could say I saw it coming. I mean I was becoming inactive for proper reasons but I never fully discussed them with administrators. The staff aren't losing anything really important to be honest. I'm just like any staff member (nothing makes me special), we all do our jobs differently and that makes us entirely unique. Do I deserve another chance? Probably not frankly, I've had multiple chances in my opinion, frankly I believe somebody else could do a better job. Once I become more active and find my old self I may apply again, maybe, or apply for something different. Thanks for the amazing words Allie.
