Earlier today at a staff meeting the OldCP moderators requested the return of the mod panel. I am happy to say that it is back!

Moderators can send commands, ban and watch the chat logs via the panel without having to login.

Mods, please make sure you don't only use the panel, being online the actual server itself most of the time, actually being online is important as you can't talk to users and help them from the panel. (You also won't get time online from using it).
