Awkwardness and normality are opposite, yet they cannot exist without each other. However, the two can't coexist, either. There is no "weird" or "normal," just differences between individual. This is certainly not a bad thing; if anything, it's for the better. Differences are what make us unique in this world of over seven billion people. There is not one human being alive today that is in a position to criticize another because of their differences, when the critic is divergent as well. In some cases, diversity can be more difficult to identify, as opposed to other scenarios. This is irrelevant; if everyone was the same on this earth, there would be no need for wars, court cases, etcetera because we would all agree. Regardless, the world is better off with singularity, because this creates variety. There may be some people in the world who care only for themselves, but even for them this world would be rendered severely stale, given time. So now I challenge you; the next time you see a homeless person, or someone in need, or even someone you just simply dislike, to not fulminate against that person, but to be their friend. I know I'm sounding like a hippie right now, but believe me, I'm not one. Just ask anyone who knows me and you'll find out pretty fast. But the world is harsh enough anyways; we can at least try to make a difference. We may not influence the world, as a matter of fact I guarantee you we won't, but I guarantee you that it will make all the difference in that person's life. So now its up to you to take the challenge. Or, to not take it. But ask yourself, if you were in that person's position, would you want a fair chance?

Yes. I actually think this is a fun idea on OldCP. But you haven't considered a few things.

1) Is the lottery tickets for free? If not, can the people ranked Rookie play it?
2) (if possible) Will there be a place other than the bank to store the lottery money in?

Well, they will cost dsghq coins and yes anyone may participate in the lottery.
