Posted in OldCP Health Update • 2nd August 2020, 04:31 PM

Ok! This might be a balance to not flee in battle and a fair enough point on getting regeneration every 30 seconds. (just like Minecraft, where you generate health overtime, but there's the food bar, so that's a difference)

But hey, it's a start for updating the health system! Yet until now... there's still is no Health Bar in the system yet, so people are still going to not know their health, by constantly checking the percentage by "/h". The update would've been perfect if there's a small health bar only shown to the main player's screen (not other players) located anywhere in the HUD in-game imo. But overall, It oughta be a challenge for people who aren't armed atm, but it would balance off people into not getting into trouble by getting themselves killed in-game; unless they're in a situation where they're in battle or in battlefield, thus they have to think before they act quickly as to not get harmed during battle; because sometimes the harshness of life cannot be avoided, even in-game, but atleast that's what we all gotta learn for this game's life-lesson! ;)

But anyway, hope updates like these brightens up the game alittle and makes the game more fun n' all. It all comes into strategy for knowing how you deal with the game, but as I said, it oughta be a life-lesson to learn from an inspired game. Hope people get used to this. :)

Posted in Then vs Now: Compare Yourself • 13th June 2020, 01:09 AM

Huh!! I like this Format of Q&A! It reminds me of when I came back to the forums and made my first Discussion/Post! I did myself some Lists of Questions about myself and my history! SO, While Quarantine, Let us delve into the background of HammyMajed! (Hamoza1111)

-When did you join?

Since 2014/2015.

-What was your original username? Did you change it?

Hamoza1111. There were alternative usernames, like "Hamozie1111", or "Hamozy1111", but I revamped my whole username to simply renaming it to "HammyMajed". The in-game name of "Hamoza1111" in Oldcp and other DSGHQ games will always stay the same throughout the years.

-Who were your friends? Are you still in touch?

Quite frankly,... I didn't have any friends..., BUT, I did and do have some people to look up to, such as Hour (Zpheal), Terry91, Jake01, Gamer, Pablo, iBlue, CPBiter, Dice, Randy, Mance (August/Sparrow), and many other users throughout the community! :D I don't personally get in touch with a lot of them..., but I do sometimes talk to a few like Terry91, Jake01, Gamer, Dice or CPBiter, they're pretty kind people to interact with! :) Overall... I'm an introverted guy... and I don't and can't make friends..... sorry. :(

-What were your interests? What are they today?

There were ALOT of interests, mostly back in the day. But my interest was mostly on games... :P Minecraft is a very popular example, I had ALOT of history in the likings of this game, until now! :D From the simplistic blocky textures to the buildings and competitions, like speedrunning! It's a really fun game old n' new! :) There were other interests outside gaming, like solving the Rubik's Cube, skating on a skateboard, or ice-skating... but some I managed to complete and still do, some dwindled away quickly, and some I adored the concept of, tried it but didn't get interested in it. I also like drawing, it was my hobby ever since I was a kid, I know how to draw until now..? but I didn't get good at it and didn't get interested. :/ Back to gaming, there were a lot of games I played either console or PC, such as Mario, Sonic, Club Penguin, Splatoon or Splatoon 2, Just shapes & beats, Diep.io, Roblox, Tetris, VRChat, Moonbase Alpha, Most DSGHQ Games, YOU NAME IT! Some I continue to play, some I part-timely play, and some I didn't play for how long it had been. But In-Summary, there were a lot of interests I liked sometimes, some flew away, some stayed! But most of them I had fond memories of. :)

-What were your goals? Have they stayed the same or changed? Have you achieved any?

Well, community-based speaking, in Oldcp, I had a goal in mind that I wanted to have for a VERY long time, I wanted to have a Rank or a Role in Oldcp, (tbh, any rank would suffice, such as Wise Moth) specifically, being a Knight! I had a really good experience in combat of the game using swords, and I figured, I would be a good candidate to become one of the knights, such as Imperial Knight. I just needed a bit of training to be perfect at more exact speeds, and I'll be set! Problem is... I procrastinate a lot or have other things to do IRL... There were SO MANY MOMENTS I've gotten close to achieve this goal, like training with Mance, Seth, or Randy... but... I couldn't have the chance. :( It hasn't changed back then, and the time is ticking for the game to shut down, "I NEED THIS RANK", I said to myself all the time..., but I didn't get it, I became rankless all my playthrough, and haven't become anything whatsoever, it is still continuing... but I am not sure if I am going to succeed in achieving it... I hope I would. :) Getting outside of this, I did say that I wanted to go ice-skating, and I did! :D It was REALLY hard getting on my 2 feet on the ice, but I've managed with assistance. :) As said, there was also a goal where I watched a video about Rubik's Cubes, and I challenged myself to learn how to solve it! And, in my finest luck, I DID! :D Now I average in less than 1 minutes on solving the Rubik's Cube! (idk if that will change overtime good or bad? but I hope to break the world record in solving the cube... lol) There were other goals that were in mind for my future self, such as: becoming a Programmer, or a Coder; Producer, and Maker of a Game! Or even becoming a big-time Youtuber! But, time goes by, and it didn't tick yet... maybe in far future, who knows??? :P And, there was also the classic objective, that I wanted to gain weight, eat healthier, or get stronger, but of course... I procrastinated again on these important health suggestions. :( So, Conclusion, I had/have ALOT of goals, yet most of them I don't achieve. :( But I do have hope on achieving them in the future, even if that's a wishful thing, It'll be more of a hopeful thing. ;)

Anyway, That's all the questions answered! :D ~PHEW~ Took so LONG to make these answers, though they're a bit long, hey, that's the way of me writing, can't judge that, y'know? ;)

Welp, here they are, once again! Hope you liked it! :) I'll cya guys next time! And I hope my dreams, and everyone's dreams will come true as a hopeful thing! Thank you all for reading. ;)

I myself am NOT a moderator, nor an animator, (tho I did do small animation using PowerPoint, but it wasn't that good back in the day) but I'd say, THIS is a Grand example showcasing the decision makings of people and the resolutions of problems like these! (can include some funny content after the showcase, which is cool) :P
I'd say that this is a good beginning for moderators to learn, even if there's less effort put into it! I like the simplicity of slideshows being put into everything and in every fragment of the video! :D
Damen, I really suggest to keep on doing these lil' animations, either with morality or not, they could be improved with a little bit of content be put into this art! ;)
I hope to see more of these soon in the future, if not, it's fine, this might only be a showcase, or it could a beginning of an animation, or tutorial-based ones! :)
Overall, to me & to all, this is gotta be pure content in its finest, even if there are some people doing the same thing with style (like Harryrhawk with his cool episodic animations), I like how this one shows morality and teaches people the good and the right thing to do!
Anyway, animation aside, it's all in the determination of all admins and moderators to be responsible and do the right thing with the rule of Restoring the peace, and Approaching to the good & better. :)

(quick sidenote: sorry for being late) :P
Anyways! Thank you for all the notice! It's a pleasure on participating Pablo's Red / Green Light Compition!
In all honesty, I've actually been lucky on participating in the event! Because I also found out that it was the same day Raindrop did her Q&A in Damen's Livestream!
I remember in the Livestream shouting out for Zpheal & Pablo (in-chat) and joining in Snaildom to check what's new!
I didn't know ANYTHING about the Competition, but with a little bit of downtime/trails on the test run before the competition, I knew the premise, and it resulted in me in winning unknowingly! :P Pure luck, ain't it?
I didn't expect the reward to be small; or big in general, but in the meantime, the reward was acceptable, and overall, we all enjoyed the game in the end!
I am once again shouting out to Pablo, I didn't know he was the one who made the competition ('till I noticed HE was the one who showed the lights!) he's a really great and kind moderator, and I hope he does stuff like this frequently! I hope the best of him and all moderators! that includes the ones who will also run the events at Snaildom! shout outs to them as well! I'll try to join their event too! (i.e. Bob & Dancebear) :)
Thanks for hearing from me. Hope there are more stuff like this in the future! and I hope the future of DSGHQ won't stop until the end of time! :D Again, Thank you for all the notice!

TBH... You actually have point... As much as I wanna fight... I don't wanna do it constantly... and many people that are OP are doing it constantly... It's also why I don't log in too often, and when I log in, I find nobody, cuz it's literally night in their timezone every time I tend to log in on the day, and vise-versa... and nowadays, when I wanna fight any Goblins, Orks, or CAVETROLLS, unlike 2018 where it was easy to fight 'em while everyone was offline, people use OP weapons against em, and their AI is OP now since they know how to fight faster and stronger... Honestly, you know what would not cause this, if Damen were to only limit the use of OP weapons, armor, or aesthetics... or make 'em hard to get whilst removing people's stats who have OP weapons and instead earn it... none of that would happen, honestly... Sure, the toxicity of the community cannot fade away easily due to this, but when Damen had the idea of redemption in Oldcp, he had this idea for a reason... *Sigh* Let's just hope everything turns out well when it comes to this... and the community becomes less toxic overtime... As much for being an optimist, its state cannot be fixed, but if we were to celebrate the older days, maybe there's a glimpse of hope, and I know it... It's far yet close in terms of years, but, we'll make it there, I hope so! :) Hope for the best to this community and everything will be alright! ;) Stay Hopeful. :)

Huh! Lore of CZ, plans for role, and abilities of combat for wizards! Not bad! :D
I myself isn't interested in this, but the structure for the suggestion is really appealing! and these new Idea might be good in a fresh way! :P
Hope seeing this implemented in the game! It would also be a part of how to improve Crimezones and their state! I myself don't do CZ, but I guarantee, these idea will spark good within CZ!
This will a great addition to wizards! :P & Yeah, pretty much! :D Keep on makin' Good ideas for Oldcp! It'll help! ;)

Posted in 2019 Review • 27th December 2019, 02:56 AM

Well, First of all, I am Glad to see that 2019 has been a good year for you Damen, getting out of IRL problems wasn't easy, but you've managed to overcome it in 2019 and have done many great things! Hope you keep up makin' good things, Damen, and I hope 2020 will be a bigger year! ;)

For what I can say about 2019, it was a.. calm (yet good) year for me. Basically I've met the same fate as you did, Damen! :P See, back in 2018, IRL, I had some family issues that I had to endure, since I was in the beginning of my Adolescence and I begin to have mature feelings towards my relatives... but 2019 was a clam year, I still had that feeling towards 'em, but that doesn't stop me from loving 'em either, so it was calm IRL for me! :P

I myself can't pin-point good moments that have happened to me for the year 2019, but I do tend to draw more often now! :D (in my Family, I really am known to do good art, but throughout the past maybe 3 or 2 years, I haven't seemed to do it much... and it's also why I came up with drawing my Profile Picture to suit all of my Social Media formats!) I've got back to making art a bit with a good ol' classic Pencil & Paper, and it's also the year where I share these art for feedback to the Internet! :D

Actually, speaking of the Internet, this year a good year to come back and do stuff there (including finding old games I've played, like CPPSs, and finding new Games along the line!) I started doing this in late 2018, and it's also how I finally found Oldcp after so many years! :D I could say that in the in Internet like-wise, 2019 was like a come-back to me; good old & fresh new! ;) I started playing New games like Just Shapes & Beats and discovering new community games like Pizza Tower! :P (I know these names aren't familiar to you, but, weirdly enough, I do tend to get videos from YT about these games before I even knew them, so props. to the YT recommendation feed for shaping up my taste of games and other preferences!) I also remember that back in 2014 also, I did play a Demo Version of Minecraft Java Edition and trying to download it for free, tho I only had Pocket Edition back at these times. I decided in 2019 to finally play Java Edition in my good ol' PC! Before doing so, I played the Bedrock Windows 10 Edition to know the controls when playing the game via PC, and then downloading Java for the full experience! (Which also led me to learning on how to improvise on Graphics & Quality using downloadable modifications; or mods, but I've downloaded only one that was essential for the experience, and discovering new Servers to join in to enhance my gameplay a bit!) Internet & Gaming really did improve in 2019, I could say that! :P

Aside from these things, 2019 was also the year that I learned about techniques on solving puzzles! I did have Uno, but it was a card game... I've played it with my relatives since 2017 & early 2018, but I didn't use it this year, instead, I've learned how to solve the Rubiks' Cube! :D (Once again, props. to YT for recommending me a video about it before I know on how to solve it!) I discovered some techniques on how to solve it via YouTube, and I bought myself a Rubiks' Cube that was really cheap and unofficial from a Mini Market that sells Copybooks and other Gadgets! When watching the Tutorials, I've learned that there were certain "algorithms" to solving the Cube and the anatomy of the Cube with the corners, edges, and centers, and doing a Cross! (a "+" sign on the Cube) I figured "Why don't I write down these steps so I don't forget 'em while mastering 'em!" and so I did! I wrote down the steps via a sheet of paper and knew on how to solve a Rubiks' Cube, but I didn't stop there, I also watched "Speed-cubing" videos, showcases of other puzzles Rubiks' Cube-like, and the best the part, more techniques to enhance my solves while making it faster! I've learned things like F2L (First 2 Layers), OLL, PLL (Orientation of Last Layer, Permutation of Last Layer) and other techniques that I don't use much often, but I focused myself on F2L, OLL, & PLL, (OLL and PLL were hard to memorize due to the algorithms they had) and I finally learned on solving the Rubiks' Cube using CFOP! (Cross, F2L, OLL, then PLL) Wow! That was climactic, there were a lot of "Rubiks' Cubers'" stuff that you guys might not understand, but that's not the point. If you wanna learn a technique and master it, watch a tutorial and write it down in a sheet of paper or a clip note! Trust me, It'll improve your cognitive skills, and make your year the best it could be! ;)

I remember in mid to late-2019 that I envisioned that I wanna be a Programmer/Game Developer, but that's really beyond my grasp this year... in my 1st year of High School this year, I've heard that we would learn on how to use certain Commands for Programs in ICT... but we ended up just learning about Binary Codes and System Outputs & Inputs, but Hey, they could be a first step to Programing, who knows! But this would be my dream on to doing that, maybe in future years I'll start learning to Program and Code other games! I just hope I don't procrastinate and forget about it! Hope I could do so in the near Future!

The bad thing about 2019 for me, is that in late-2019, I became a bit too lacking... due to me doing a mistake to my PC that I would regret to this year... by clicking the "Allow" button on a Trojan in Windows Security Defender that never gives up to appear after a Quarantine and Removal... Since that happened... I become frigid, frightened, scared, and more aggressive... (Only towards my property and family, but being outside such as School, I didn't show it) but also lucky for this year, before I had a virus in my PC, my Sister bought a MAC Laptop to do stuff such as Work for School, and watching Online Movies! :P But by now, I'll be using this Laptop until my PC isn't infected anymore... :( If my sister didn't have a Laptop my personality would go crazy by now... :( but Thank God I have this Laptop for change... Until my PC gets fixed! :T I just hope it's over with tho... I miss my PC. :( {Update: I don't use my Sister's MAC Laptop anymore, Check out my latest mood if you wanna know more!}

But Overall, I'd say 2019 was a clam & Innovative year for me, I tried to do new things, experience new moments, and learn new things to make a use of myself! :D Nothing was new in this year, and some of things weren't perfect either, but I see good in it! and I hope to see good in the upcoming decade of 2020! Hope that year will be the goals of millions of ideas and careers! If Oldcp is in its 8th in 2020, then I hope we get closer to also celebrate the 10th Year Anniversary for 2022 for the Oldcp Memories! It's not much to ask for, but I would like to see Anniversaries for the DSGHQ community to celebrate and make everyone come together again! :) For the sake of Oldcp, if 2020 is going to be a big year, then 2022 will be bigger for this community as we celebrate 10 years of good ol' memories from Oldcp; Like a Rewind, if you will! ;) I'm looking forward on what's for store for the future of Oldcp, I hope it turns out great and welcoming to the new! :) Since 2019 is coming to a close, We all hope that 2020 will be a new decade of new people and old to come! :) Hope to see good within the community, and Damen, Thanks for all the memories that you've made throughout your games in the past years, they're really great! :D Again as always, I'll look forward to the future of Oldcp, and the future of the DSGHQ Community! Thank you. :)

Posted in I'm Infected by a Trojan Virus. • 5th December 2019, 01:36 AM

Guys? I have very, very Bad News... my PC is infected by a Trojan Virus... and I can't play Oldcp... Cuz it freezes when I try to log in with my Passwords typed in... :( I'm in a different PC... if you're an Admin, Please check what's up with my account on Oldcp... I'm really worried about 'em rn... :( If this Account gets Hijacked by the Attacker of the Virus... Then I guess I won't be around any longer... :( Please find a way to fix my Account on Oldcp... I really need to hop back in to see what's up... Here are the Accounts that have this problem...: "Hamoza1111" "Hamozie1111" "HammyBank" As I said if you're an Admin... Please check these... and I hope my other accounts doesn't get the same effect... :( I hope that I can join and see you guys... Stay safe out there, aight? ;)
-HammyMajed

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: I know my PC is infected by a Tojan Virus, and it still is... :( BUT about the time where I said that I couldn't log in on Oldcp has been MASSIVELY DEBUNKED, in other words, I found a way to log in on one of my Accounts on Oldcp, I used another PC for this, and it was my Sister's MAC, which means that my Account isn't highjacked at all, and it's perfectly FINE, I am so sorry for the misconception and drama that I've made for this... :( The reason why I said that I couldn't log in is because I was using a School PC, and perhaps the PC had blocked the ability to login via flash or something...? I was so afraid that the virus could access the datas of my passwords and my details... glad I quarantined and removed the effect before shutting down in fear back then... it was a horrible move that I've made... Again, I am so sorry for the misunderstanding that I've made while sharing this in the School PC... and Thanks for the tips on how to remove the Virus... Please forgive me for the misunderstanding, I'm sorry for being too naive and childish for this, I should've not acted that way, I was really scared... It was all my fault, I stupidly allowed the virus by mistake, I should've let it pass for the professionals... I hope you all understand... :( I hope to see you all later...

I have to agree that I think there are some people and weapons that possess too much power and it does make it a bit unfair to other forces or new people trying to get involved in the action who have little to nothing. Personally, I've never been too involved in the Crime Zone because ever since I've been here it's been too confusing for me to understand and it seemed like only a selected few people were having an importance in it. I understand the point about having to earn stuff on OldCP, and I think that's how it should be, but I think that it gets to a point where powerful can become too powerful. I wish that we could go back to the days where a person randomly got murdered and we all tried finding clues about how they died, or when Detectives just carried around a simple pistol.
Joesph, I agree wih you 100% here m8, Keep it up! ;)
