This is a really nice and well thought out post. I agree with a lot of the points you made. I do believe it seems that Bakon was demoted unfairly, but the way he's going about it now is immature with the spamming of the snowballs and just his overall negativity. As for Freddy, I don't think he really has any excuse for his recent demotion/execution from leaking information. I haven't been here very long and I've seen him get demoted twice now, both for careless actions. With that, I think he needs a bit of time before earning another rank.
I view them both as good friends, but that's my honest opinion. I know they both mean well in the community, and hopefully they can eventually earn their ranks back.

That does seem like an unfair demotion. Mods go afk while there are things that need to be dealt with quite a lot. I hope you can earn Moderator again! Good luck.

Greetings Administrators, Moderators, Masters and users of the DSGHQ!
My name is Raeleigh, better known as Rae, I am eighteen years old, and currently hold the rank Member on forums. I joined the DSGHQ in January 2015 and have been a very active user ever since.
Why I deserve this rank
What I will contribute to the community
As a Moderator, I would do my best to make OldCP a fun and enjoyable experience for the users by assisting with situations involving bullying, spamming, advertising, and inappropriate activity such as inappropriate names, swearing, etc. I would help with these problems with patience, logic, and proper grammar in order to solve the issue effectively.
Experience
As I am still quite a new user to the DSGHQ, I do not have any experience within the community. Although I do not have any moderating experience, I do believe I am ready to take on this rank.
In conclusion, I do hope that you all will consider me as a Moderator. If given the rank, I promise to contribute my traits to the best of my ability. Thank you for taking the time to read over my application and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I believe I deserve this rank because I am quite active and seem to be active when there aren't any other moderators online. When there aren't any moderators online, users typically see it as an open chance to start chaos with snowball spamming, inappropriate activity, bullying, etc. Also, I genuinely enjoy helping people outside of the internet, as well as inside. I would view this rank as an opportunity to make the users experience easier and more fun by offering help to the best of my ability. This rank needs to be held by someone who is trustworthy, mature, personable, as well as fun, and I believe I hold all of these traits.
