You do not need a rank to help out in the community. You can tell a bully or a user to stop. If they do not stop, start taking screen shots and report them to a moderator. The moderator can warn, kick, arrest, ban, ipban about whatever the situation is. You are really doing most of the work if you are doing what I am saying. If your not doing what I am saying, its the moderator doing most of the work.

Yeah. Mods or admins should not ban for people expressing their opinion. Like you said. Some people believe in god a let just say a mod did not. Everyone has their own beliefs and opinions to share in the world.
