I appreciate your enthusiasm in wanting to help out this community, but I suggest that you earn some more experience before making an application like this. Experience includes having a rank in the past, helping out in Oldcp for a fairly long amount of time, (if you are aiming for Oldcp Moderator) reporting misbehaving users to Moderators, etc. I hope this has helped you out.
