Mostly, users copy someone's outfit because they want to irritate that user and say I am "your username" and all.
But the best way to stop this is put a password for your outfit by saying /outfit "name" /password "anything".
If you find it hard to remember your password just put your name or something which you are used to.

I think you should get member/master first. Then try for a rank like knight,wise one, news reporter before moderator as it requires lots of experience. But good luck on your journey for moderator! Don't lose hope! :)
