Hello Everyone Grounder here! I just found a spammer named Naruto5 on old cp. I have three witnesses- There, Corrvex,Xs0ftcudd1es including me saw that he was spamming. I have a screen shot which Im putting on my forum account for a while so can someone ban or arrest him?
