Me so scared this my first discussion post...
Anyways, I have this riddle I heard, and the first person to solve it gets 5 gold!
I know it's not much but please don't hate me.

A blind old man and his son went on a vacation on a ship.
The ship crashed and the blind man and his son (with the other survivors) was washed to an island.
Sooner or later, the blind man started to starve.
His son said he brought some seagull meat, so the man ate it.
Everyday, the son brought seagull meat to the poor blind man, and along the way, the other survivors died.
Days later, the man and son were the only survivors left.
The son died, but the old blind man was rescued my a ship.
When the man got back home, he went to a restaurant by the ocean.
He ordered seagull meat, and took a bite.
But then, he ran outside and jumped into the ocean.
The blind man drowned and died.
Why did the old blind man kill himself?
