Me and my group was walking down a hill, trying to find safety. You see we come from a place where there is no safety, just people with guns travelling the streets. We've been walking, swimming, running, you name it and we've done it. The swimming was the hardest because it was 10 miles of swimming. "Wait, stop.. I can see something" I yell.

What i saw was safety, 2 or 3 houses, a school and a supermarket. Its not much but, we can stay there for the night. Mabye start a new life and build our own house. I see a sign "Welcome to the escapeways, this is where everyone can escape from their lifes and start a new one. We currently have 6 people here and we welcome you. You don't need no money, we have our own money and we have jobs. The jobs are quite easy though. You shall make your own houses and be free to do anything here!" Says the sign. Theres a couple of miles left before we get to the houses and that. Finally we're there. There is a group of people, six people standing there and waiting for us. "Welcome" they say. "We've been watching you coming down the hill and we welcome you and wish the best for you in your new life."

We started building a house, it was tall, and big. It had to be big because there was two in each house. Lora and Maria built one house, Me (Mavis) and Hayley built our house together. Yes, we're all girls. We finished our houses and met up by the campfire. "Well, that was hard work. I guess we should get jobs hmm.." Lora said. Maria found a job center so we went to it, Lora was scared so I ended up dragging her. The jobs were "Wood Chopper, Welcomer, Supermarket Worker, Iron Smelter and Trash Picker." I picked Iron Smelter because I love to study iron. The others chose Supermarket worker, except from Lora. Lora chose Iron Smelter with me, because she liked the look of the name.

It was our first day at work, we had a full nights sleep. Escaping from the horror that used to be called our home, that horror is long gone now. We live in this place, its amazing. Anything you could ever wish for. The other village was all dark, damp, dead bodies lying everywhere. I went to work with Lora, she was nervous but I went in there opening the doors. There was loads of iron to smelt so we got working. After hours of working, we had smelted 200 bits of iron. That was all, only 200 bits. We walked home together, slowly because it was night. Hayley was already there waiting for me. "hey friend, how was work?" she asked. "It was fine" I reply. We're only friends of course, we live together because we're best friends.

It was three days since we joined the group. We had a day off so we decided to explore the mountains. Each mountain had a name, "Trial Mountain, Death Mountain, Laptop Mountain" Loads more. We decided to explore Laptop Mountain, since laptop was a name we had never heard of before. There was loads of thingys on the mountain, we decided to call them Laptops because that was the name of the mountain. We went on one, and I was the best. I could type fast, go on the internet fast. I walked away from one of the laptops and decided to stand on the edge. I looked down and the sign said "Death laptop mountain" It was spelt wrong "GUYS WE'VE GOT TO GO!" I yelled "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" someone screamed.
