Hello,
D.E.T.S has been working hard in solving a lot of problems with oldcp. For some reason <> is a main logo for a group. Penellope suggested that it is for squidward, but I'm not so sure. If you see anyone post something with <> in their post please report back to me.

Added: The crew and I saw a few of us had some in our posts, but they said they don't know why.
