i havent worked out lately but i wanna get back into it. i have a home gym that costed around $5,000 to make.
i have a squat rack, bench press, pulley machine, adjustable dumbbells, and some other stuff
I used to work out about 5 days a week and i noticed a HUGE difference. I gained weight and got a lot of definition and overall i just look WAYYY better than i used to. It was nice to hear others tell me they see a lot of improvement as well.
it helps you gain a lot of confidence and just feel much better about urself so it's great
