Hello everyone! Brayden Talk has returned after a few months! Today, I will be talking about "Video games." Video games/Electronics can cause you seizures. The recommended Video game limit Per-Day Is 3 Hours. Every 30 minutes you should take a break for 5 minutes. My friend only gets 10 Minutes per day. I know. CRAZY!!!!!! Video games can also be unsafe. (Xbox Live, Playstation Plus, Etc.) Here is an example. You have a headset. You can chat with other people with your voice. People could record your voice. They could pretend to be a kid by playing the audio of your voice which could get The other "Kid" In danger. I highly recommend you do not buy a headset. Here is the other thing. You can online chat with people. Which could lead into "Inappropriate Conversations" Another thing you can do is.. Put on parental controls. Remember this could only happen with xbox live or Playstation Plus. My mom has a lot of parental controls on for me and my brother. My mom has it so no one could friend request us, or chat. Anyways.. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
