I would also like to add to the experience. Don't just write down DSGHQ experience (many people fail at that). If you have experience outside of DSGHQ (or even outside of the internet), write it down (without violating the DSGHQ Rules)! With the amount of great staff DSGHQ has, there is less of a demand, so Damen will most likely look for applicants with a wide range of experience. Thanks for taking my advice!
