Wise One = Wise Moth = Moth Priest
It's all the same thing now. Wise aren't lost, they just have more responsibilities... which is what you wanted, right?

I think for the sake of tradition and to avoid confusion POTM should stay as POTM, but I like your idea!!

Users get ipbanned after they've been banned on three or more accounts within a short span of time. That's probably the case.

milk isn't vegan you dunce.. invest in some soy/oat/almond milk and you're set. also, a lot of cereal isn't actually vegan so you should look into the brands you're eating to see if they have any animal products in their food.

chelsey’s 5am rant

I really hope you all take the time to read this, even if you find it cringe. apegang in chat btw
I’m sure you mostly all know that I’ve only just returned to the community a few months ago. Since then, I’ve experienced kindness and I’ve made/rekindled some really great friendships. However, something I encounter more than kindness is selfishness. Something has been lost along the way in this community. There has always been a thirst for things like ranks, weapons, royalty, whatever. I understand that is part of what makes the game keep rolling, but what I don’t understand is how so many of you can put that desire over basic kindness and consideration.
Every day I wake up to hundreds of messages on Discord, sometimes asking, but mostly demanding that I do something for whoever the message is from or one of their friends who are too afraid to ask. As an admin, it’s part of the job description to help people out when they need it, but the idea of any of us saying “no” and leaving it at that has been completely lost. Everyone feels entitled to anything they want, and it’s turned administration into slaves in the eyes of the community. Think about it and put aside all your selfish desires for just one minute, and consider how someone might feel having requests thrown at them every minute of the day, leaving no time to relax and have any fun for themselves. Now imagine how Damen feels to be put at the top of that, receiving requests even from administrators. He’s said to me: “I find it hard to keep up... it never ends” and it’s hard to enjoy something when all you get from it is stress. I want him to love this game and enjoy coming online to interact with people without being bombarded by questions and requests, you know? But if he can’t even get that peace while he’s offline, it’ll never happen. Basically, just ask yourself before you ask me or him, “do I really need this or do I simply want it?”
Another thing I’ve really seen a lot is more lack of consideration. I won’t name any names, but in the past two weeks I’ve had three people come to me asking for (or even demanding) ranks immediately after someone’s resignation. In each case, the resignation had been done through obvious emotional stress. What I would’ve hoped to see instead is people caring for the person who resigned before worrying about what they can personally gain from the situation. I feel like a large number of people in this community have this mindset of “I don’t care, unless there’s something in it for me.” That’s honestly really saddening for me, seeing as we’ve all been here since we were kids and we should all care about each other as family.
Idc if I’m dreaming up some utopia, I just ask you all for one thing: please think before you do things. Think about how it may affect the people around you. Think about whether there may be something or someone else you should focus on first. That’s all.
I really hope that we can move past this and make this a community again and not just one big competition. I think it could become a much more enjoyable space for everyone if we do.
