Out here, with my small loan of a million dollars;
Up here in the Hollywood hills, driving my new Lamborghini. But you know what I like more than this new Lamborghini, knowledge;
And we will make Mexico pay for that wall.

I actually agree. A while back, when I was pretty new, I was so annoyed at everyone getting ranks and not me. But now, I just look at it as something I earned for being on good behavior and respecting everyone, even if they are unranked.
I disagree as well. People earned things for reasons. They have been showing they have what it takes. Of course, ranks on the DSGHQ are fun but it's not everything there is to the site.
That's not true, back in 2013; nobody cared about ranks. They weren't a thing yet. There were about 2 Moderators, and 2 Administrators back in the old days. But, now; It seems that is all that matters.
There was like 5 users maximum at 2013, so.

Doesn't change the fact, that the DSGHQ turned into a political war.

So something has caught my attention, through the past months,
I don't know how you can justify that since I don't see you online much.

I've noticed something interesting, now you need a rank to be noticed.
Of course that many people will come and scream at me saying NO YOU DON'T, THERE ARE PEOPLE BEING NOTICED WITHOUT A RANK, firstly, look if they are popular, then look why they are popular, after all you can reach a conclusion, a) they had a rank b)they did something good to this community and then people like them c) they used to be rule breakers and cause a lot of drama, but now they are good people and everyone defends them d) they are royals, so people would automatically worship them.
This is not correct because there is something you don't understand. Ranked users were normal users at once, and how did they get the ranks? By getting noticed themselves. They didn't complain on posts about stuff like this *coughs*, they just tried their best and got good results. For example, Ash1415. He was a normal user not too long ago, but he worked his way up.
This whole post isn't very well thought out in my opinion. People are noticed, because that's how people get ranks. It's not magic that they get it out of nowhere. It's justified.

I like how we can't dislike Administrator's posts, just proves this community is getting worse.

I liked Snails Chat, personally. Back in old 2013. We had, Scifen, MyPetTux, Scoobydoo, Sundaze, Ghost, all those closest to me. We had fun.

Hey, 'yall!
Recently, I haven't been feeling unencouraged and it has been sort of quiet around here. After a few years (Joined in late 2013), in this community it may be time to move on. I just recently joined the forums, but I don't feel included. It's just that all this applying is overwhelming and if you don't have a rank, people disrespect you and you don't really play a big role. Everyone here is great, it's just that there isn't much to do anymore. I don't feel like I get a fair chance. Truthfully, I feel like current staff is abusing me; and some who make mistakes and apologize are still punished for their actions.
I'll stop in every now and then, but for now; adios!

Summary of OldCP, what occured.

Wheeler, is no longer the Owner of OldCP; Damen took/bought it back from him. Anyways, many of us who disliked the empire loved Wheeler taking on the role, but it's too late.
Snaildom, was also sold in this process.
Sigh. - Light

Hey, I'm Mikey and today I felt like I wanted to get something off my chest. I do not like where this game is going. Here are some reasons why.
Does it feel like Oldcp?
That's the question I ask. Does this game really feel like an updated version of the game that once was, or is it an entirely different cpps. I mean, there are somethings that are similar, like the zing, snail, and black cat. But it just doesn't feel like oldcp. I mean, they brought the "!" command back. I mean, you can use the "/" too. But it doesn't feel like oldcp anymore. You can change your speed, hell, you might be able to change your size soon. What made oldcp stand out was that you had to buy those kind of powers. Some couldn't even be customizable either. Oldcp was not THIS customizable before. It also stood out because there was killing and funerals, and so much more things that no other cpps had. We were top dog.
What could we do to make it stand out?
Well think about it, most cppses are custom. Why don't we make our's seem like the old days? You can play the old games, buy clothing, and maybe add more things along with it like private messaging, trials, funerals, weddings, fun ranks, and parties. I think that would be a good change because, well we'd still be in style.
I hope you liked my discussion, tell me what you think about it. +1 or -1. Cya!

This may be true, however; It's against the law in the United States/United Kingdom to make money of off content that isn't yours. Club Penguin is owned by Disney, not us. In fact, you could go to jail for that. Using their content and re-hosting the old version is bad enough and could get you in trouble.

Not all games are perfect right out of the gate. This is the open beta for Oldcp, so there is still things being improved and added. Wheeler made a post where you can't reply with any of your suggestions that'd you'd like to see in the future. Be patient with the game and as it progresses it will keep getting greater and greater.
