Hello, I am Sundaze and this is my application for the Knight rank. I know I am a Snaildom Knight currently, but some Knights on Snaildom have gotten Knight on OldCP and I have wanted to be a Knight on OldCP for a very long time. Here is my application!

Experience: I have been a Moderator on OldCP, and Penguin Chat 4. I learned lots of respect, how to quickly handle problems, etc. I am a former House Guard for the House Crime Solvers. I had a sword and trained. I am a current Knight on Snaildom. I was also a finalist in Game of Knights, but not able to attend the Finals Joust.

Training: I have trained with the sword while I was a House Guard. Hashir gave us tactics and we would do them and get better. We learned what it's like to be a Knight and to become a good fighter.





Activity: On weekdays when I have school I am online for about 2 1/2- 4 1/2 hours including morning and evening after school. On days I am off including weekends and days like that I am on for about 5-8 hours maybe more, maybe less. Most likely not less on days like those. It really depends on what I have going on and don't want to be in front of the screen too much.

Why I think I deserve this rank: I think I deserve Knighthood on OldCP because I am a Knight on Snaildom. I have trained, worked very, very hard for this opportunity. I've competed in a couple jousts but I haven't had a chance to show what I can really do. Papachis, Jesse, Mal, Cave, etc. all encouraged me to do good and obtain this rank. I've trained with all of them too. I've had ranks like Moderator, been a House Guard, and much more.

Why do I deserve this rank?:

First off, I believe I should be talking about why I deserve such a rank and responsibility. One reason is my activity here in the community. I am on everyday during school and at night even if there are not many users on. I post on the forums and walk around OldCp. I am also very dedicated to this community. I have been on everyday determined to learn at least on new thing a day. I am ready to serve this community even greater than I do at this moment. As a moderator in the past, I was active except for a few minor things that would occur.


What will you do if you become a Moderator?:

As a moderator, there are many things I would do, but overall I would keep the users safe from anything that comes their way. Also, I will try my best to help out this community. Below are a few things I have noted moderators doing, and things I have done in the past a a moderator.

~ Prevent bullying from going too far
~ Help users find friends
~ Watch over Oldcp even without many users
~ In a time of need help users
~ Respond to all questions
~ Prevent advertising or spam
~ Watch for users disobeying the rules
~ Perform appropriate actions


Traits I have for a Moderator:

~ Communication skills, these are rather important when talking to a user



~ Patient, in order to help, you must listen to the full story, and not jump to conclusions

~ Activity, as I stated before you must be active even when it is a low amount of users

~ Dedication, a moderator must be dedicated to there job, and not always be fooling around

~ Safety, moderator must not only keep users safe, but themselves. They should have a rather hard password, and shut there laptops

~ Reasoning, every moderator should have some kind of proof or witness as to why they performed any action

~ Proper, a moderator should have proper grammar, and the skills to better the users understanding

~ Language, some users speak different languages such as Spanish, I speak this, and for other languages I will try my best to use Google.

~ Experience, I have been a moderator before and I have learned the ropes.


What does this mean to you?:

This rank means responsibility and trust, from my apprise which will be stated next, I know moderation is a lot of work. I am ready for this challenge, and I will be very dedicated to my job, this means a lot to me, and I will not let users down. It also means a lot more to me, nothing was about the blue name and title. It was a feeling I got when I helped the users with something as simple as finding there friends. Being gone from that has truly been the hardest thing.


Experience:

I do know that other have been here longer than me, but I do, in fact have experience in and outside the DSGHQ. I have been a moderator on forums before, and also I have been a moderator for BB2009 and trained for CPPS. These are two different private servers. In this community I am a Snaildom moderator, and I go on everyday. I have used my powers a few times, and they were necessary. Of course, I was a moderator on OldCp, I performed the right actions and was never demoted for something that was major. I took my job to heart and tried to help every user possible. I believe I have the right experience. If i get selected to come back I will work harder and harder because serving every user is all I want. I never cared about that name and title it was about how I felt, and nothing can replace that. And now, I am Penguin Watch Captain, giving me a lot of experience. I am completely ready to serve you all again as a Moderator! I was also just moderator on OldCPv12 and selected to be one on Snaildom. I really do think I have the experience to serve the DSGHQ.


Will you abuse your powers?:

I will not abuse my powers because I will only use the with real reasons and proof. I will help out the community and not hurt. I believe I am rather trusted in the community as well. As a moderator, I never abused my powers and always used them to help users positively.

About Me



Hello, I am Milkshake, a normal user of the DSGHQ. Here is a short but quite distinguished summary about me. I am just another 12 year old, who wants a rank. But I'm a little different. I would like the rank, Imperial Knight because I love to help people. It is a huge habit of mine. I may be young, but I am very mature for my age. When it is time to be serious and not joke around, I am very solemn.








Why I Should Get The Rank



I think I should get the rank, because I am quite helpful to the community. I have been working hard on this rank, for quite a while. Since, I have been in the DSGHQ for nearly a year, I am experienced and will be able to help many new users. I have had experience and wish to have it once more. If I am lucky enough I will be able to keep it. These are some reasons why I think I am qualified for the job.








Experience



I started on OldCp, around mid-March. Then I found Forums, and commenced in the 17th of March, 2015. My experience with knighthood, is quite tight. I have been an Imperial Knight once before, and would like to have another taste of it once more. It really is pleasurable seeing how users are safe and happy. I have been trained before, indeed. I have had 10 classes with the marvelous, CoffeeCow. I have great knowledge on how people act, and respond here in the DSGHQ.








What I Promise



I promise to never abuse my powers. Abusing powers is very unacceptable and unsatisfactory.I also promise to be active, and assist as many users possible. I will never be impolite or inappropriate in any way. I promise to always be honest,to respect,to obey,to be responsible,to be brave,to be confident, and I won't play the role, I will be it.I will always follow the regulations, and never break any of them. I have been told by many people, that I have distinguished grammar. In fact, I am in advanced english, this year. I know all of my spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. I also have prestigious vocabulary. I will be able to help the other users with my reputable grammar.








Activeness



Yes, I am very active. Maybe, a little too active. I can't go throughout the day without going on the computer. to my favorite website and hang out with all my friends. I go on the DSGHQ 5-6 hours daily. That is how much I love the DSGHQ.








Commands



I will be telling you, all of the commands I have learned..
To arrest: /arrest (username)
To release: /release (username)
To go to jail: /jail
Pull out sword: Shift +F
Swing the sword: F
To block: Spacebar
To put away your sword, you simply walk with your sword.

I will arrest only when needed.
Example: When someone is spamming, I will ask them nicely to stop, if not I will arrest them.

I have good news for those who have wanted to be a PW, the Watch is returning on Snaildom!

You may start applying now. Below is a template for what I am looking for, please do use the template if needed.

Previous brothers may have their ranks restored, but a lot will not.
To help minimize the chance of leaks and issues, only stronger, more trained users are going to be picked at first. Then we will being training younger users with the potential to be a great SW (Snail Watch).

New brothers are required to:

Be over age 9
Have been on DSGHQ for longer than 6 months
Have had one rank at least. (Includes XAT temp moderator)
Are online for longer than 2 hours per day. (Above minimal requirement on Empire page)
Are online at least 3 days out of the week.
Be patient, helpful, kind, and respectful. Users of a history of causing drama and such will not be promoted unless they can prove that they are over that.

I am really confused.

I was under the impression that OldCP v12 was supposed to be Old Club Penguin. Without the extras or the empire, except there are different username fonts, cats, teleportation and other extras. I don't understand! I thought the whle point was to go back to the original OldCP, where everything was simply old Club Penguin.

Hi there! I'm Light, I'm going to apply for Mediator. As of now, I have some wonderful goals I would like to accomplish and share with you. Let's get started! Anyways, I'm making memories by the moment, from a new version of OldCp and it's all because, of the wonderful community here at the DSGHQ. The three years we have had so far, has been tremendously amazing and such a great experience. I want to keep sharing my thought and love for what Damen created from the ground up. General Information


Right now, I'm a general Member in the DSGHQ. I've never taken on any huge rolls and have grown so fond over how kind everyone is. Terry91, his passion to assist the deaf and fight his disability. Damen, trying his best to please the community and have fun! Cyberwolf, going all the way to make Snaildom the best it can be. We all left a mark, now I want to make mine. I'm determined to make sure OldCp is a safe, and moderated place where anyone of any age can have fun!




My Goals


My goal, is to bring the best experience to players on our games. I want to be a loveable person, you can trust. I want Adam's version of such a game to grow into something you can come home to daily, knowing you are in a safe environment to enjoy yourself with your friends. I feel the need, to give back since you all made the same feeling for me. Whether, it was when I was down, when I was up; you were all there.




Past Experiences, what I learned.


From my past experiences, I learned and experienced first handedly, don't give up. Let's refer back to a good friend, Terry. He never gave up fighting, so I won't either. Truthfully, you can learn a lot more from a couple of strangers that became good friends online, than from anyone else. Nobody here, is afraid to express their feelings. We like to role-play and be creative, without fear. This is what true friendship is.

Aah, yes! Experiences. Indeed i do have some experiences. I got some rank history from the past.
Here are my experiences (Rank history). Most of them are from the Old Oldcp:
- Former Detective on the year 2014 / Fought in the IceGhost War in 2014.
- Former Boss of OldCP. Won it from Dingo Dongo Challenge. Being Boss of Oldcp for 1 and 1/2 days.
- Currently Furniture Store Helper on the game Snaildom. Hired by Cyberwolf.
- Former Master on the DSGHQ Forums. Being master for 4 times.
- Fought in the BlackHawks war in 2015.

Reasons
Yes, i do have reasons why i want to become a Mediator
Here are my reasons why:
R1. I want to become a Mediator because i will love to help users out and help them with commands. I saw users getting really confused at the start and started helping them on how to use commands and how things works around in the new version of OldCP. I will love to help them more and getting organised. I am responsible and if i make a mistake, then i will accept the mistake that i've done. Yes, sometimes i do get annoyed when users sometimes lie and blaming on me or any other users that didn't do anything. But other then that, i do love helping users. It's part of my thing, i used to be a helper of the school last year. Where i help children or stop children doing things thats against the rules of the school, i was a good role model to the school but now i'm in high school and becoming more mature and responsible about everything. Getting organised and starting to be more respectful and mature. Now i want to spread this to the community. Spread the kindness and fun and stopping bullies and rule breakers. Being Mediator is huge for me. Even thought Moderators are higher then Mediator but i don't really care. I don't want all the powers from Moderator. I just want powers that can help users, not to brag with it. It'll be a big opportunity for me to become a Mediator.

R2. I want to go to the next level to ranks. I've already been a detective and boss of oldcp. So what about a rank that has powers? Yes, this will be hard for me since i never had powers before. It's a big thing to me. Now, i don't want to brag about it or become famous because i don't really mind becoming famous and getting a lot of friends. I just want to goto the next level and see how it is. Going something small like Furniture store helper on snaildom then to detective then to boss of oldcp then a rank that has powers. This will be great for me. Levelling up to the next stage as a Mediator is to be honest, a challenge for me. A dream. I don't care if i'm famous, walking around with a blue name and getting a lot of friends and talking with so many people, now i don't care for that. I just want to do my job correctly and safe. Yes, i will be myself and still talk to my friends but mostly i will do my job and keeping an eye out on oldcp. It will be different for my friends. Sometimes ranks can change people, but i disagree with that. The only thing that can change you is you and i will never change myself like last time. I was rude and irresponsible back then and lost a lot of friends but then i changed back where i used to be. I have friends but i don't speak with them that much. But having a job is great, just like a detective. It will be a big challenge for me and i want to take it for people.

Those were my reasons, i do have more but i don't want to make this application long since it will probably make you bored.

I'm very active in the late nights. Usually 1am EST - 8am EST. Because when its night time for EST or UK, then it will be afternoon for me since i live in Australia.
I'm on everyday including weekends and weekdays.
Mostly i'm on for 3 hours per day.
