Obviously, this is a rather sophisticated explanation about murder, as well as the consequences.
Specifically United States law.
However, I do believe you have something wrong.
1. The person in the ring was foolish enough to be on the road. As well as the person holding the tin can. That is an extremely dangerous place to be, they're lucky no one ran over them sooner. And extremely improbable.
2. The shooters were quite stealthy, but it's amazing that no one heard the mass of AK-47 gunshots.
3. It should also be noted that they were all more likely to shoot each other as well as the man holding the tin can in the fire.
4. When someone is being pumped full of bullets, they don't talk. They just die.
5. If a random Policeman strolled by to find a body on the road, it is very unlikely they would believe at first glance that the victim was killed by bullets, rather than the cars.
6. When he did find that there were bullet-holes, he should've had good enough training to know that he needed to notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) immediately.
7. An Assassin is one whom kills in discrete and stealth-based manners. That was not an assassination, that was a murder.
8. Why did the Police not see the murderers running away? Even if they had a car, it's obvious that the body's blood is still perfectly liquid, and the body itself is fully intact.
There are quite a few flaws in this educational comic, which is why our agency has found this post to be unfit for teaching within our public education system. Thank you.

This post was made as a way for me to add some of my current thoughts, as well as plans for the Fangsworn. I simply named it Fangsworn instead of giving it a long title, as I hate having extremely long titles for Forums posts.
Starting off; My views of the Witches as well as the Goblins.
I had no problem with the Witches. I had even agreed to ally with them. But they began to put the Fangsworn and I down, and even asked for a "Vampire Slave". I was not going to stand for that. That's not an alliance, that's a slave trade. When I did not agree to comply with these terms, Melian simply decided to get a large group to attempt to kill me and my Fangsworn. Which ultimately failed. I would be willing to make another alliance, but I will not stand for betrayal.
As for the Goblins, (or should I say, Goblin), the Goblin King has had some sort of problem with me for the longest time. I'm unsure what I did too piss off Miromeski so bad, but I don't believe he has anything to do with me, except kill me. The real problem I have is that he attempted to shoot me when I was talking to him, not too long before Melian attempted to kill me. If Loki hadn't told me to be wary, I would have died to him. That's why I don't wish anything to do with the goblins, unless they are willing to talk out terms like civilized beings, but I am sure that will never happen.
Now, my views of Pythas:
I do not worship Pythas. I have a mutual respect for Pythas, as he is indeed quite powerful, as well as the main creator of Vampires. I don't wish to have a problem with Pythas, but I also don't wish to be his slave. Vampires have been slaves for too long.
There is a common misconception that the Fangsworn are evil. While Fangsworn come from an evil lineage, I myself would not classify myself as evil. Chaotic? Yes. But I don't wish any major destruction - I have been merely on the defense of the Fangsworn.
As for Providence, I have decided to give it up. I feel as though it would only continue to make problems, and I am perfectly happy in my Fangsworn Cave in Cobia.
However, there is one thing I'd like to state. As for the Shinobi, they are my mortal enemy. Not only do they want the death of the Fangsworn, but also MotherVulture, whom is my Mother in Law. (Loki's mother, Loki is my in-game wife. In-game meaning for roleplay purposes only, it's not a real relationship that we carry outside of OldCP.)

In another light, I would like to put a few things out there. There are many vampires. There are few Fangsworn. All Fangsworn are vampires, but not all vampires are Fangsworn. I am not responsible for vampires that are rogue. They are Orlock's responsibility. My vampires are given set rules, which, if broken, will have them killed on their vampire account.
Speaking of which, I need Fangsworn. You don't have to be a warrior, but it is nice to have people generally in the house. If you would like to become a Fangsworn, simply talk to me in Discord: Alatar#0215
You can also send me forums mail, but I'm more likely to see a discord message. If you are interested in being a warrior, I have quite the armory set up for the Fangsworn. I hope to have the Fangsworn army ready.
If you are unsure of why, (this should answer a few questions above), The Shinobi launched a rather odd attack. They have been slaying all of the Vampires they see. In an attempt to exterminate them. But, I see a vision for the future. One I do not plan to share, as future must be future to happen. I hope to gather a large enough army to completely eradicate the Shinobi warriors. They were dead years ago. And they should stay dead. They not only seek the death of Vampires, but of Forest Boys as well.

I hope this post summed up some of my views and/or goals for the Fangsworn.
