Since OldCP contains a lot of elements that other CPPS' do not, it would make sense to have a guide.

Well, it used to have a guide, even interactive tutorial-esque mini-games in the form of the on-website simulators.

Now, we even lack a comprehensive guide of updated commands, as that page has been sadly entirely removed from the OldCP.biz website and redirects to a 504 error.

You might argue that things like what I'm referring to as "target practice" still exist (and it does), but not in an easily accessible form like it was 1-2 years ago.
