Keep in mind that in-game time is only one metric, and perhaps not the most useful one.

This is something I have recognized myself doing, and is something I am actively working on improving about myself. We sometimes let emotion get the better of clear and rational thought, and it ends in this. Very well said, Loki.

I think that this is a great idea to make the admin's lives easier (and I'm all about making their lives easier ), long as those chosen can remain impartial in cases. And to know that they should recuse themselves if they can't.
