I'll be honest, I always thought you were Rogue because I was too dumb to figure out the difference xD

Cool idea with the fashion magazine though!

You did a great job with your campaign, and your Rhyme N' Slime event was fantastic! Even with technical difficulties, you adapted and kept rolling. I really hope you go on to do more stuff in the future.

Awesome reporting, and a huge congratulations to Sam!

To the rest of the contestants, I think you all did a fantastic job with your campaigns. I'm sure this was not an easy decision for the admin team. Everyone should be proud of what they did.

Don't strawman Sled, I ranked mods based on their activity and their ability to moderate. No mod is bad, but no mod is good. I made these lists with no intention to make mods "toys" I'm not sure why you are all so offended by this.
"I'm not sure why you are all so offended by this"
Because it's rude! And as I just said in my reply, there is a lot that goes on that us regular users don't know about. So how can you possibly actually know what kind of job any particular person is doing?

Seriously, this. It's entirely unnecessary and is really a bit rude to the moderators, to put it politely. It's impossible for any user to "rank" staff members because so much happens behind the scenes that we have no clue about. All you're really doing is throwing shade and mud-dragging names for no reason.

Only question I have is what do we do when the two users do not comply with the restorative approach? This would most likely happen once we ask one of them what happened because the other will, nine times out of ten, butt in.
This is a good question, and I would also like to see an answer to it. Ideally the handling moderator would have to take them into separate rooms, or maybe go to Discord to get each side. Is this a feasible solution?

Posted in Guessing on Pranks Possible Issue • 23rd May 2020, 01:44 PM

A few minutes ago, @Sleddy was able to guess that I pranked her, but both of us are certain that she already guessed my prank correctly yesterday. I only appear to have a notification for just now, but I am certain I already saw one yesterday from her.

On Discord, she said that she has only been pranked twice, once by me and once by Hour. When checking to see if she had any pranks active, she guessed Hour first, and it apparently was wrong, yet my name worked. I did my prank on her right after the whole system was rolled out yesterday morning.

Are we both just losing our minds, or is there something actually wrong here?

EDIT: On top of that, if she still had mine active somehow, shouldn't she have been an invalid prank target?

Indeed, Administrator Sled. It is hard, but necessary. The community values must be upheld with the most professionalism possible.

This is a great demonstrational video. Will you be doing more videos like this for differing situations?

Also, that ending just really tied everything together xD

I am quite unsure myself. From my vast knowledge and wisdom, I assume that emotions are the state of being "happy" or "sad". I however do not know what these feel like.
Interesting. I also do not know what they feel like. We must conduct research so that this information may be present in our memory banks- I mean brain matrixes.

Indeed, you are correct, Citizen EbonJaeger. Showing emotion as a Moderator is heavily frowned upon. We must always remain serious when moderating, and we cannot let our emotions distract us.
Agreed. Also what are emotions, Head Moderator Swirlie? Citizen EbonJaeger is not familiar with this term.

Always remember as well that smiling is absolutely not to be tolerated from moderators. Smiling is totally unprofessional and is not allowed. Must be 100% serious all day every day. And absolutely no laughing. Moderating is no laughing matter and laughing while on the job is incredibly disrespectful to the profession and the community you are serving. You must stand up straight, hands at your side, with no smiling and no facial expressions whatsoever or so help you, Swirlie will rain down fury upon you and it will not be pretty.

If there is a specific issue with a mod, I would say take it up with @Swirlie, since she's Head Mod, and can look into it and take care of the issue.

Erm I believe that Jay is a new mod, so having him there is a bit unfair. On top of that, mods don't have to be super serious all the time. They gotta have fun too. Long as they're enforcing the rules, it doesn't matter.

Also Tennis is an admin, not a mod.
