With the implementation Hashir laid out, users who die during war would come back without weapons. That still leaves risk in waging war, and could likely be automated.

This is all really well thought out! The blood loss system is a clever way to go about the attrition problem. The death refactor you outlined would also be very welcome, especially for when innocents die. Ideally, this would be done automatically by the game systems to reduce the workload on the administration (and/or whoever else handles revives).

So, what, everyone should just ignore the actual substance of the report just because of the name that is or isn't on it? This is kind of proving their point of the community attacking them for it...

Don't forget also that removing mods means you still have to find someone to replace them, and then you have to train the new people, all of which takes time. Maybe it's necessary, maybe it's not. Perhaps a better course of action is a little more training or re-training for the current mod team and evaluating from there.

Another thing to consider is the amount of manpower the current team has. It seems to me as more of an outsider that the team currently is a bit small for the large influx of users. It is doubtful that the player numbers will drop for quite some time due to real-world events, so perhaps it would be worth adding a few additional moderators beyond the current GoM.

It truly sucks to see you go, Lloyd. Everyone makes mistakes now and then, but your heart was always in the right place, and that is really the only thing that matters. Take care, and I wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors.
