Background Information: Well, I'm Sike. I've been within this online community since early 2013. Since the day I joined, I have been graciously able to earn an abundance of ranks as well as gain experience that I'll forever be thankful for. From the time I joined the DSGHQ, I felt like this place was special to me. I instantly fell in love with communicating with people, helping people, and most importantly watching people grow. It has been quite a wild ride since 2013, and now we're in 2020. I feel like online communities like this are hard to come by, or they simply do not last as long as the DSGHQ has. I feel like this deserves recognition. I have been honored to moderate this community since early on, and now I feel like it is time for me to jump further into the foundation of the DSGHQ, and it would be an honor to serve this community as an active administrator.

I have been lucky enough to earn an abundance of titles throughout my history on the DSGHQ (primarily OldCP). Although most of my ranks were earned on OldCP, the ranks in which I acquired throughout my time should speak value as to how I would contribute here too. There isn't too much to earn on the forum, so I feel like I've grown to a rather stable point. I would consider the countless discussions I've made, the numerous responses I've made, and the plenty of users I have helped while on here speak for my experience on the DSGHQ.

Why are you applying for this position? Well, to be completely honest it is a position I feel like suits me quite well. I love the DSGHQ Forum, and I have always loved it. Being able to spread your words out on a community is something quite powerful. I admire every single person on here, we have so many talented people on here. People like Damen, who has literally constructed everything we know today and love. People like Sled, who has grown to be such an amazing person and leader within the community. People like thisismyname, Sparklz, Pablo, and so many more that have put us in complete awe of their amazing artwork. Fantastic staff former and current who keep our community safe. And the amazing users who I am beyond grateful for. These are the main reasons why I want to contribute to the community more. I want to begin to assist this community in a greater manner, and although I do love where I stand today... I feel like I can excel once I leap from where I am now, and that is why I am applying.

What makes you the perfect candidate for this position? As said previously, I've grown with this community. I have been there for the highest of highs, and the lowest points too. I have been there to greet new users once they join, say farewell to leaving users, and wonder about the users that never said goodbye at all. I have been able to contribute as a staff member on here (on and off) since 2013. To me, that says a lot. There aren't many people who are from 2013 still actively contributing to this community on the staff team. To me, that says a lot. I have been every rank imaginable, and I have learned a lot about being a good staff member. I have been able to speak to some of the greatest people here of all time, and get taught by them the skills I am required to have to excel further. Now that I am who I am today, I am able to completely share what I have gained from the years I have been here. I want to continue to do that until I finally say goodbye. Here are some other attributes I believe assist me in being a great candidate...
Attitude: I have a rather optimistic attitude while being on here. I feel like being positive can really assist you in some of the darkest times, and it has helped me in the past too. I feel like you have got to have a decent attitude when dealing with any large number of people.
Communication: I feel like my communication skills are quite high. I love to talk to people, and I love to hear people too. I enjoy listening to all of the different stories on here said by a variety of different users. I would consider having good communication skills a great attribute too.
Adequate Grammar/Writing Skills: I feel like, since the day I joined here in 2013, my writing has improved substantially. Previously back in 2013, I would write some rather vague discussions, some of which contained poor grammar, punctuation, etc. However, I can honestly say that now writing is one of my leading "strong suits". I love to write, and I love to communicate through writing too! This is another reason I believe I would make a fine Administrator here on the DSGHQ.
Leadership Skills: As Senior Captain (since 2016) I have to lead the Penguin Watch. I have successfully promoted some of the best Captain(s) who have later on OldCP got promoted to high ranks, some even made fellow administrative members. With this said, I believe I am highly capable of leading this community to great heights if given the proper materials to work with. It would be quite fun to use the materials given to me, to allow this community to excel farther than ever before.
History: I have a tremendously long history here on the DSGHQ. I can still recall when the DSGHQ wasn't even the actual name of this community or any related sites within the community. I have been here through multiple staff, users, you name it. I have seen the construction of so many things here on the DSGHQ, and I have been lucky enough to even test multiple games [e.g. LeoRPG 2, Penguin Isles, etc]. I have the history to back me up, and with the history, I have been through I can make a great judgment on certain choices.
Passion: I believe in order to be successful here, with any rank, you have to be passionate. I would consider myself a very passionate person. I am passionate when it comes to the success of this community, and most importantly the happiness of the users. Passion will always motivate me to be the best that I can possibly ever be.

As you can see, or perhaps can not see; I am dedicated to this community. The reason I'm applying for this position is that I feel like I am suitable for it. I have been here for a very long time, and I know my way around the community. I feel like I could probably come on here with my eyes closed, and still be able to navigate around. Sure, I still have a lot to learn - but that's okay. Taking steps forward is always necessary when trying to reach certain goals. I feel like attempting this is something I've always wanted to do, and I hope it works out. It would be a blessing to be able to work closely with this community. If we keep on getting ignored then yes.

So as you all might know or not know, Frogs (aka forgs) the black cardinal has just gotten more op than ever. (what a surprise tbh) It takes like 7 hits for him to lose 1 hp. Anyways that's not the main reason I'm making this post for... Me and many other dfbs/dracs can't take this anymore, all of us do as much as frogs (despite him being the most op) yet all we get is absolute nothing or actually losing health/weapons. I just realized that we have literally no reason to do any of this... Pythas? That dude that legit never mentioned us/talked to us/cared bout us/gave us anything? or Legion? That never even bothered talking to us once and he expects us to follow orders. Once we follow orders and complete tasks our prize is frogs getting more op and acts like a leader on us and hes better than any of us. To be honest, Frogs isnt better than any other dfb in anything than being more op. He's not smarter than anyone, more skilled with a sword/other weapons than anyone and doesn't really cares about anyone so. To sum it up, if this continues... Myself and other dfbs/dracs will have to follow our own path cause there is no point of us doing anything for anyone.

Thats what I mean man like I myself consider this abuse since it was never a dfbs job to kill a war knight but what can I say the game is just ruined but any wk can kill dfbs with 2 shots using a flintlock

I'll be talking about a few things in cz that are just so messed up now.

1. Dark forest boys do abuse I'm not gonna lie. I myself have abused a few times but it wasn't in a very harmful way but we do have some dfbs that abuse. That's first

2. The purpose of maiars is kinda ruined now since maiars used to be something op and something thats very hard to kill but now a maiar is someone that can get killed so easily. Yall remember before how hard it was to kill a maiar? It was an actual challenge back then but now you can just drop a maiar in 1 second with 2 shots with your gun.

3. War knights now and war knights before. War knights used to be the warriors that fight with swords and bows and what made them strong is their numbers but now a war knight can take on a maiar by himself and infact he has a better chance of winning if he has a gun.

4. Cz is just too lame in general it's all about spawning thousands of bots now.

5. Evil is just about attacking now that's it. We legit have nothing to do but to attack.

6. The amount of ranked users that have armed alts is just too much. Literally, a knight or any other ranked user could have like 6 other alts that are armed and ready to go at anytime. Back then knights used to get 1 account and if they die they get repromoted in 2 weeks.

7. Good is just way too overpowered than evil and it's really easy to guess what's gonna happen next in cz. Evil will takeover for a few days then good will come and literally smash them later.

8. Guns are too op and are literally given out to so many good people but on the other side evil people have none or barely any.

9. Most of the dfbs are pretty useless. I consider myself useless as well cause pretty much all I do is fight over and over again.

Guys like honestly this game isn't fun as it used to be anymore. It's just ruined overall

I really don't care about my death or anything I'm just saying what this game is like now.

Kace I agree with you but you gotta admit even fbs do abuse and like cz isnt even fair lol. you guys are a lot more op than us
