The discussion got locked. I'm going to summarize my point here and now. No, I'm not trying to get the last word in, I never got a word in to begin with.
Wilf isn't trying to farm likes, he knows good and well he won't get likes at all. He's trying to explain his point of view and he's being bullied because of it. He made a post about this already, he knew he was going to get hate from it to begin with.

Not only was Wilf being bullied because of it, people are focusing on everything besides what he actually had to say. Just because he made a small post mentioning how someone got likes for just saying 'No (heart emoji)' doesn't mean that's his focus. You just want that to be his focus so you have a reason to stomp on him, and that's wrong. His focus was clearly stated and just as clearly ignored.

That's all I have to say. I'm not going to fight for him, and I'm not going to justify his point. That's up to him. I'm simply calling out what I see, and that's that.
To respond to this with an argument is to attempt to continue this of your own free will, and anything past that is completely your problem IF I even want to respond to it to begin with.

I think it's pretty clear that this is more than about Sled's demotion. Try to look at the bigger picture here instead of just the most recent example of things.

this is about judgement
so in my first or second post i mentioned 'taking things too far' in an argument

I'm expanding on that now. Let's get to it.
In my experience, I've definitely hurt others by doing this, so I have a good idea of what I'm talking about.
When you force your opinions onto someone else trying to claim that it's 'fact', or try to help other people that don't want your help? That's what I'm talking about.
Personally, when people talk about all the issues they have with something and refuse to take advice, we in the industry like to call that 'complaining'. But I'll get to that later.

What does this have to do with judgement? Well, you need to judge your actions. To judge your actions, you need to learn from (and make) mistakes, but us in the industry like to call making mistakes 'earning experience'. Unless you absolutely refuse to use your past mistakes and the mistakes of others to learn and advance, figuring out when and what to say should come along relatively easy.

Personally, when I 'take things too far', it's generally pressuring people to get them to understand or act in a way that would benefit them. For example, getting someone to see their issues firsthand by shoving them into their face. I feel bad when I do this, but in the end the more dissatisfied a person becomes with their ways, the more they want to change.
And trying to stop those bad habits is good. Some people will even read AND 'understand' the advice that you give them, and directly afterwards make the exact same mistakes. So sometimes, if you really want to help them, you gotta do what you gotta do. Just be sure to stay calm and stick to facts or you'll look angry and biased.
