RESPECT, AVOID, REPORT

My account, Valentinehez, after the war of the south, was banned. There was no reason listed originally, but I asked a mod and I was banned for a "spawnkill."
On my end, I would like to justify my actions. I was putting up a fight against Miro and the OWO, and I had come in when I noticed Miro had killed Rookie, one of his accounts, by choking him out of spawn, right in front of me. So when Miro relogged, and was on very low health, I weighed it in my head; an eye for eye. He never actually died, he logged off in time. But he had committed 2 murders, ACTUAL murders, as opposed to my one attack on him. It was for self defense sake. I apologize for my actions. Several of my people had died, and I made a rash move. It will not happen again.
